PassKey Online is a subscription service that you can cancel at any time. By checking out or accessing or using any part of the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You will be charged monthly for access to the Service based on the plan you pick when you check out.

You can cancel your account at any time, day or night, in your own dashboard. You don’t even need to contact us! For instructions on how to cancel your account, see our informational post in our Knowledge Base. If you are not happy with our program, don't worry. You can always request a full refund within 7 days of signing up. Just contact us by clicking the "Get Help" button below within the first seven days of your subscription. 

8. Site Terms of Use Modifications

Passkey Learning Systems may revise these terms of use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

9. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Passkey Learning Systems’ website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
